Note that if you purchased your Ko-ken product oversees or by an unauthorized distributor then you have to reach out to the original vendor for warranty. Ko-ken Canada is only liable for its distribution of Ko-ken Tools within Canada.

Please note that SKUs which are no longer active are not eligible for warranty coverage. This includes discontinued models and inactive part numbers that are no longer in production or available in our current catalog. We cannot offer replacements or redemptions for such items, as inventory is no longer maintained. Additionally, products sold under the ATTIC SKU designation—typically older items offered in limited quantities and noted for having cosmetic imperfections or blemishes—are sold as-is and are not covered under our standard warranty policy.
